1. Agreement and eligibility
By using CreatorExchange, you agree to these terms and our policies. You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and have authority to enter transactions.
2. Marketplace role
CreatorExchange provides marketplace, order, milestone, messaging, and dispute tools. Sellers provide the listed services and remain responsible for their work, claims, taxes, licences, and compliance. CreatorExchange is not the seller unless expressly stated.
3. Orders, payment, and milestones
Buyers and sellers must agree scope, price, timing, usage rights, and milestones. Buyer approval authorizes release of the relevant milestone. Fees and payment terms shown at checkout form part of the order. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
4. User obligations
Users must communicate honestly, deliver as agreed, respect intellectual property and privacy, keep transactions on-platform, and provide reasonable evidence during review or dispute.
5. Prohibited activity
Personal-account sales, credential sharing, username sales, fake engagement, stolen or unlicensed assets, impersonation, fraud, malware, unlawful services, evasion of platform fees, and manipulation of ratings are prohibited.
6. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit while granting us a limited licence to host, display, moderate, and operate the service. Rights in delivered work follow the written order terms and apply after required payment. You must have rights to everything you upload or sell.
7. Moderation and termination
We may review, reject, remove, suspend, restrict, or terminate content, transactions, or accounts to enforce these terms, manage risk, or comply with law. We may preserve records needed for disputes or legal obligations.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee user conduct, business outcomes, audience growth, or continuous availability. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law; rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Parties should first use CreatorExchange support and dispute procedures in good faith.
